Chris Staniforth, a 20 year old young man, seize to no longer be one of living, due to pulmonary embolism which was the result of of deep vein thrombosis, So this guy, sleeps, and plays Halo for 12 hours, shocking speaking, I can't even play any game without getting bored of it after an hour or two, fine, maybe an J-RPG I spend on it a while, but the game is like 45 hour, and I finish it in a week, which means I used to spend 6 hours and half each day.


Even if it is not a console you playing, maybe surfing online, chatting online, you spend most of the time sitting on a chair and doing no exercise, you'll die.


Can't you walk the very least 1 KM?, can't you do some light exercise? the very least praying 5 times a day makes you move your body, don't you pray? 


Watch out for your health, even laziness kill.
