If you would like to build stuff, like small ship, or battle Aircraft, but you don't know where to get those stuff, and obviously the Rehab complex only sells action figures, you find it in Muthana complex.
there are shops sells boxes contain everything with instruction on how build them, as well as other shops for remote control cars, ships, aircraft.
